products caused
by user-customizable features,
including, but not limited
to, enhancements, choice
of finish (where offered),
cropping, border selection,

Perishable
products that are not sent
overnight or 2-day delivery.
Because perishable products
(e.g., bakery items) are
difficult to ship, we strongly
recommend you select overnight
delivery, especially
if these items are sent
to southern states or during
warm months. |

or refund the order, we
may request that you ship
back the affected merchandise
before the reprint or
refund will be processed.
Shipping costs will not
be refunded unless the
entire order is returned.

not returnable for refund
or credit, and will
only be replaced if defective.
