At Photomax, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.
We guarantee the quality of our products. If for any reason you are
not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may contact us within
30 days for a free reprint or refund of your order. Please see below for
exceptions to the guarantee and instructions on how to get your reprints
or refund.
 
   
Although we do our best to send you the highest quality products, there are situations that are beyond our control. Therefore, Photomax is not responsible for the following:
 
Errors in spelling, punctuation, or accuracy in the text entered by the customer. For products that accept
text, please preview any custom text thoroughly and carefully, and correct any mistakes prior to placing
your order. Photomax does not and will not proofread or correct any such mistakes.
   
Poor quality resulting from the use of low-resolution or poor quality images. If you choose to use a low-
resolution or poor quality image, Photomax does not and will not guarantee your satisfaction.
   
Errors in user-customizable features. Photomax does not and will not guarantee prints or products caused
by user-customizable features, including, but not limited to, enhancements, choice of finish (where offered),
cropping, border selection, size (where available) and formatting.
   
Perishable products that are not sent overnight or 2-day delivery. Because perishable products
(e.g., bakery items) are difficult to ship, we strongly recommend you select overnight delivery, especially
if these items are sent to southern states or during warm months.
   

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at 1-800-487-2020 so we can investigate. If it turns out that the issue is one of the user errors listed above, we will be happy to work with you to correct the error, if and where possible, for your next order.

In order to reprint or refund the order, we may request that you ship back the affected merchandise before the reprint or refund will be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.

Please note that Movie MagicTM DVDs or Slideshow DVDs are not returnable for refund or credit, and will only be replaced if defective.

Photo SaverSM and Video SaverSM are also not returnable for refund or credit.
